Q:  What if the customer comes in on a Power Pack?  Do they get the $15 credit?

A: No, they do not.  The Power Pack already has free shipping built into it. However, at the time of purchase the new IPC gets a one-time offer good for this first order of a Power Pack where they can receive free shipping on any additional products up to $15 in shipping costs.

Q: Does the sponsor get a $15 shipping credit if they bring someone in on a Power Pack?

A: Yes, they receive a shipping credit if they bring someone in on a Power Pack.

Q: If the sponsor signs someone up on a Power Pack and that new IPC also purchases an additional case of juice does that mean the sponsor gets double credits?

A: No, the sponsor does not get double credits for signing up a new IPC on a Power Pack who also purchases an additional case of juice.  The max credit an IPC can accrue on a new IPC is $15.

Q: Does the new IPC have to purchase a case of juice on their initial order to receive the free shipping?

A: No, they do not.  As long as it is a 120QV order they qualify for the free shipping on that order.

Q: What if the new IPC wants to order more than 120QV on their first order?  Will they pay the additional shipping costs?

A: Yes, if they order over 120QV on their first order they will have to pay for the difference in shipping costs.

Q: What if a Rewards Member or Product Plus customer upgrades to be a CAS IPC?  Do they qualify for the free shipping credit on their initial order?

A: Yes, they do.

Q: Does the sponsoring IPC of an upgrading RM or Product Plus customer to CAS IPC get a $15 credit for doing so?

A: Yes they do.

Q: Is there a limit to how many free shipping credits an IPC can accrue during the promotional period?

A: No, there is no limit to how many free shipping credits an IPC can accrue during the promotional period.

Q: If a sponsor has more than one $15 credit on their account do they have to use it all at one time?

A: No. The sponsor who has multiple shipping credits can use them whenever and however they would like during the promotional period.  There is no limit to how many free shipping orders they can place as long as they have the credits on their account.

Q: What if the sponsor has shipping credits at the end of the promotional period?  Can they save them for next month?

A: Yes, the sponsor’s credits are redeemable through January 31st, 2010.

Q: If a Canadian IPC signs up a new US CAS IPC does the new sign up get the free shipping credit?

A: Yes, the new IPC will get the free shipping credit on their initial order.

Q: If a Canadian IPC signs up a new US CAS IPC do they receive the sponsoring $15 credit?

A: Only if they place the order through personal use will they receive the $15 sponsor credit.

Q: If I am a CAS IPC and I have free shipping credits on my account will they automatically be used on my CAS order?

A: No, they will not.  You must request when you would like your shipping credits redeemed.

Q: Does the sponsor have to be a CAS IPC in order to qualify for the free shipping credit?

A: No, they do not.  As long as they qualify to bring someone in on CAS they can benefit from this promotion.
