1Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include seven grams of soluble fiber per day from psyllium husk may reduce the risk of heart disease. One serving of Fit Reduce contains 2 grams of soluble fiber from psyllium husk.
Drink up to twice daily. Mix one stick of Fit Reduce with eight ounces of water. For best results, Use in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise. Because of its powerful binding capabilities, avoid consuming nutrient-rich foods, supplements, or medications two hours before or after drinking Fit Reduce.
