Rebuild Power Protein Shake

How to use:

Drink one shake per day, six days a week. Include Fit Rebuild with one of your daily eating occasions. Mix two scoops of Fit Rebuild with eight ounces of skim milk or water. For best results, consume within 45 minutes of a workout.
