Whey. Whey protein is made of smaller chunks of amino acid chains that digest rapidly-helping to stimulate protein synthesis more quickly and aid in recovery time.

Casein. A more complex protein, casein is absorbed slowly over time and provides a sustained release of amino acids and energy to the muscles.

Soy. Soy provides essential amino acids the body needs for normal healthy functions.

Pea. Provides the same essential amino acids as animal and dairy proteins without the added fat and cholesterol.

Stevia. This natural sweetener is thirty times sweeter than sugar. The body does not metabolize the sweet glycosides from the stevia leaf, so there is no caloric intake.

Inulin. A prebiotic fiber, inulin helps balance the pH level in the intestine to promote the growth of good bacteria and optimize the metabolism, which helps your body burn calories more efficiently so you can burn more fat. Inulin also binds with cholesterol in the small intestine and removes it from the body, helping reduce cholesterol and the risk of heart disease.*
